"After multiple careers in business development and fitness coaching, I've evolved into developing businesses, teams, and my community around an integrated picture of our collective health. I see recovery and restoration of energy as the linchpin that runs through all areas of our health. We live in a culture (especially in the US) where there is a belief that 'more' and 'harder' is better. The faster you go, the longer you can last, and the more you can push the bounds, the better the results. While there is some truth in that, in the bigger picture, the more strenuous effort should pair with proper energy repairing practices. Simply stated: The more you expend energy, the more you need to rebuild that energy.
