Together the Binda's run a company called Referees Crease - where they assign over 1,500 officials. The goal of their organization is to recruit, train, and advance officials to higher levels of officiating. Their officials range in levels from youth hockey, junior hockey, NCAA hockey, to professional hockey. On this episode we talk about a range of issues from retention, training, and development.
