3 things that hurt IQ. Here are the top 3 things I think are really harmful to anyone who wants to focus or do any learning type of work. I take a lot of information thoughts books, podcasts, and in the form video too. Your IQ is really important. I know that your EQ matters more than the IQ but IQ still matters.

These things hurt IQ and make you slow and because of doing these things daily, you are slowly becoming slow without even know what impact it creates on your body.

People who want to take high intelligence decisions are really avoiding these things and I think you should avoid these things too. Here are those 3 things-

1. Multitasking

2. Sugar

3. Meetings
