Webex by Cisco Using AI and CPaaS to Expand CX, Cisco Live Podcast, "a sense of remembrance" Cisco announced at Cisco Live last week, new developments in Webex Contact Center, including providing an AI Assistant for contact center agents, and integrate third-party virtual agent solutions. The AI Assistant for Webex Suite will soon be generally available to customers. In this podcast Amit Barave, Vice President of Product Management, Webex, Cisco Systems, discusses these advancements. Amit tells us that these steps forwards will mean better transcripts, more precise recording and a “sense of remembrance”.
