After becoming a household name because of This Is Us, Justin Hartley had plenty of options for his next television project. He chose to sign on for the series Tracker as both its star and one of its producers. The show did well enough in its first season to earn a second, which begins this weekend. But, having experienced the success of This Is Us, the producer in Hartley knew that having another hit show was no guarantee, but that one way to stack the odds in the show’s favor was to seek out the most passionate people he could find for every aspect of the production.
