Over the past four seasons, Star Trek: Lower Decks has offered a new, animated, and certainly more comedic perspective on the long-running franchise. But the show’s upcoming fifth season will, alas, be its last. With that in mind, the series will be finding ways to give its characters a proper send-off during the new episodes. Tawny Newsome, who provides the voice of Lieutenant Beckett Mariner, spoke at a Comic-Con panel and said this new season will see Mariner hit an emotional growth spurt. (Click on the Tawny Newsome)
