Around 7:00am on Friday, August 6, 2004, a painting contractor went to 3106 Telford Lane in Deltona, Florida to pick up two of his coworkers. He knocked on the door and rang the doorbell, but no one answered. Then, the door just "popped" open. He entered and discovered a devastating scene of carnage and pure horror. According to a 2017 article in The Daytona Beach News-Journal, it was "...the most horrific mass murder in Volusia County history..."
Remembering the victims:
Erin Belanger
Francisco "Flaco" Ayo-Ramon
Michelle Nathan
Anthony Vega
Roberto "Tito" Gonzalez
Jonathan Gleason
