Swedish Radio reporter Johan-Mathias Sommarström met members of a refugee smuggling network in Turkey. The boss of the network claimed that the smugglers are doing a better job helping refugees than any government, as they find ways for refugees to get to Europé. Fortress Europe is a series of reports about some 70 Syrian refugees' paths to and within Europe. Swedish Radio has worked in collaboration with the EBU to follow these refugees, whose stories you can find at sverigesradio.se/fortresseurope/en.
