Actor, writer and avid 10kposts listener Jassa Ahluwalia joins us this week to talk about his new book, "Both, Not Half: A Radical New Approach to Mixed Heritage Identity". A memoir looking back on code-switching, navigating multiple cultures and identities throughout his adolescence, and later, as an up-and-coming actor in London, it also examines the role that class consciousness through union organising helped develop Jassa's identity as a worker in a precarious creative economy.

Jassa talks about the process of writing his book, the public reactions to his comedy videos on Youtube going viral via Indian Whatsapp networks, and his experiences working within a union to take on certain notable right-wing figures.
