เรื่องราวเมนูในความทรงจำของ กาแฟ - ณิษา ภิญญาไกรรวี อาชีพทำธุรกิจส่วนตัว และนางแบบ คือเมนูห่อหมกหยวกใส่ไก่ฝีมือยาย จากจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ กาแฟเล่าว่าเมนูนี้อาจเป็นเมนูธรรมดา เพราะวัตถุดิบก็หาซื้อได้ง่าย เหมือนห่อหมกทั่วไปแต่ใช้หยวกกล้วยมาหมกแล้วก็ใส่ไก่เข้าไป ทุกครั้งที่มีหยวกกล้วยก็จะทำแค่เมนูเดียว จนไม่รู้ว่าทำเมนูอะไรได้อีกบ้าง คิดว่าทำได้แค่เมนูเดียว มารู้ทีหลังว่า ห่อหมกของยายแตกต่างจากทุกคนบนโลก เพราะยายคิดสูตรขึ้นมาใหม่ โดยผสมแป้งข้าวเจ้ากับข้าวเหนียวเข้าไปในพริกแกง ใช้ไก่ส่วนสะโพกที่ติดหนังแต่ไม่มัน หั่นแบบพอดีคำ มีหยวกกรอบ ๆ กับแป้ง พริกแกงแบบหนึบ ๆ นี่คือสิ่งที่ทำให้ไม่เหมือนใคร
