As we wrap up our self love series, our final thing to do is simply be and spread love. Embrace love, but also pass it along to the next person that may be in need. The energy that you put out in the world, is the same energy that's going to come right back to you. If all you're doing is speaking negativity into your life, what do you think is going to happen?
