Today I get to talk to my new friend, Emily Morrow about all things clean eating and toxins and, well…all things crunchy. I’m SO fascinated by all we can learn about the food we eat, the products we use, and why talking about our physical health matters. Y’all know I want to live to be a 100 AND I want to keep learning forever, so I’m fascinated by people like Emily who can teach us things we might not know. Her new book, Really Very Crunchy is a GREAT resource, and I just loved getting to meet Emily. Isn’t this such a fun summer conversation?!
