Damien is the founder and CEO of Scalable Path, a software staffing agency that matches leading companies and startups with vetted, remote software developers. Previously, he headed PHP development at SolutionSet, a multichannel marketing services company, where he spent five months managing a team of developers in Goa, India. Damien has held sales and marketing positions at notable San Francisco technology companies, including Evite and CNET Networks. Through his work at Scalable Path, Damien has championed employment equity for software developers across Latin America. He also cares deeply for the environment and has pledged 10% of all Scalable Path profits to climate change research. Damien holds a BA in Geography and BSc in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and San Jose State University, and is passionate about software development and agile processes.
