In this podcast, I’d be literally breaking down my journey from being the fattest kid in my class weighing 75 kgs when I was 13 and getting trolled, to weighing 59 kgs and getting fit yet healthy. It’s not going to be a tips and tricks sorta thing where I’d be sharing specific exercises and overall diet but more about habits, beliefs, and consistency. How small steps gradually lead to a considerable impact. Why showing up every day is essential, and how does it help in the long term. Just to note that I am not a professional nor did I take any professional advice, it’s totally my journey and experience and I guess the type of content I consumed. Whatever I’ve talked about in the podcast, was all trial and error done by myself, so it’s not necessary that even you should apply every single thing of it but what suits you and your body because whatever I discussed did work for me. Make sure you hear the complete episode, it’s gonna be worth a listen, gonna be concise as well!
