Today we have a very special guest with us, he's one of the guys, who was pretty arrogant and immature back then, before the covid thing. You know what, this lockdown has its own benefits. People got to know themselves quite better. This guy has changed himself drastically in terms of his mindset and point of view.

We talked about:

Lifestyle matters, lifestyle truly matters and when I say lifestyle matters, I mean a healthy lifestyle. In general, it includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves, and it typically involves a search for meaning in life. As such, it is a universal human experience—something that touches us all.
