Madhumita Singh(@madhumita.shepreneur) is the CEO and co-founder of KaroStartup. She is on a mission to create more entrepreneurs coming from small towns and cities where there is no rise in startups. She has taken up an initiative to bring the entrepreneurship culture and spread entrepreneurship to every single village of India. She believes that there is a need to change some mindsets, some thought processes and she is the one who can bring that change.

Lavesh talks about her being not-so emotionally attached to the family since her parents were not living with her due to a financial crisis. The challenges that she faced and the most important thing she learned in her life.
Madhumita explains why the central focus of her life is to spread entrepreneurship. This determination came after her experience of working with different firms in different roles. Finally, realising that she wanted the authority in her own hand.
