Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, we give you glory, we give you praise. And we honor your name. We pray, oh God, for our hearts, our feelings, and our emotions. Our desires would be tempered by the Holy Ghost. We ask you, God, to cleanse our hearts and remove every impurity. In the name of Jesus.
We asked that you would take us to the potter's house as you did the prophet, Jeremiah.
Yeah, God.
We are clay in your hands. We asked that you would mold us and make us according to your will. We ask that you will smooth out every blemish.
Oh, glory be to God.
Try us in the fire. And see if there is any evil way in us. And lead us to the way of truth in the name of Jesus.
We want to have hearts that love one another. We want to have hearts that forgive one another. We want to have hearts that pray for one another. In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
I pray that you would teach us how to prefer one another, my God. In the name of Jesus, you would teach us how to influence and how to encourage each other in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
For we believe God, that you have great things for all of us.
Oh, glory.
And we all matter in the kingdom of God. So, therefore, we pray for our brothers and our sisters in Christ. We pray that you would touch their hearts, their minds, and their souls. I pray that you would bring courage where courage is needed. Strength, where strength is needed. That you would take away our hesitations, our reservations, and our procrastination.
In the name of Jesus, you would deal with those things in our hearts that keep us from being all that you have called us to be. In the name of Jesus, we pray, I pray. For delivering us now, in Jesus' name.
And I give you glory and I give you praise for the great hand and the great work of God on our lives. In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
