This week Josh and I are delighted to be joined by Mya Krishnakumar, founder of The Crisis Project. The project is a community of changemakers who's flagship project, Letters to the NHS, works with a network of over 700 volunteers to write bespoke handwritten letters to key workers during the COVID-19 crisis.
We chat about founding The Crisis Project, the inspiration for Letter for the NHS, the pros and cons of following your passions and her experiences of living with and recovering from perfectionism and anorexia.
