Hi listeners, I’m AbhaySalagrama and here were gonna talk about insecurities yes absolutely you heard me right insecurities, and we all do get some times confuse between the terms insecurities and fear of loosing someone or something so we are gonna get the clarity regarding that as the first point and we will go to the these things even with a more clear perspectives and we are gonna see a example of my own life which happened when I was a child and the way my grandfather made me realise about the things in a better and positive way and also to know that things or the difficulties or not ever sorrows are permanent we are gonna go through it and THIS TIME WILL BE GONE , if you see this line when you’re happy you’ll get sad , and if you see this line when you’re sad you’ll get happy and also by understanding the things in a better way we proceed through this podcast and also saying we will get clean and clear idea how to reduce anger and ways to make it useful for us to make a motivation through it in our next episode, This podcast and episodes in this are gonna be about self development or self improvement and to attain mental peace and achieve our dreams goals and try to do things in a positive way and better way , thank you listeners you have been a great audience!
