Chris talks with Andy Hruby and Joe Paulson about the huge benefits of participating in a professional peer group to enhance your business.

In this conversation, the three discuss the “why, who, what, and how of a professionally facilitated peer group.”

This is an excellent opportunity to get a firsthand account on understanding the impact an executive level peer group could have on your business.

“Why” This is a great way to gain some new perspectives, and “out of the box” thinking. This also provides you a community with the absence of competition. You’re open to share everything about your business and get feedback that’s honest and heartfelt for your benefit. Accountability to others will ensure that you follow through with action items and recommendations provided from your peers. Your actions will impact your bottom line directly!

“Who” You will find a network of like-minded executives which create an extended advisory board for your operation. The people in your peer group will soon become close friends and trusted advisors to bounce ideas off of when challenges and opportunities arise.

“What” The outcomes and benefits from being vulnerable and transparent with each other will open your eyes to new business opportunities. You will bring home new ideas from other operations. When you host your peer group will provide you with an unfiltered set of action items plus recommendations that will launch you on a new trajectory of professionalism and growth.

“How” Meeting structure is thoroughly explained in the final section of this podcast. Our team structures 8 operations from various states to ensure that there is not any direct competition among the peers in the group. We also take a tremendous amount of time to ensure that we put operations together that will have the most synergy and connection as they work together over the four year period. Each operation will have the opportunity to host once during the process.

If you would like more information on our executive level Peer Group opportunities, please reach out to any of us on the Ag View Solutions Team.

If you would like to submit an “Onboarding Form” for consideration to be involved in one of these peer groups, please email Chris for an onboarding form at: cbarron@agviewsolution.com
