Chris and his company have managed to thrive in a pandemic and industry that has seen a lot of businesses shutter. Chris and I chat about his move out of the city into his dream home in a more secluded and peaceful area, his side hustles including snow plowing and end of life planning, what it takes to hire and train employees and a lot of chat about company culture and relationships.
