Visibility, Self Expression and Business as an Introvert with Bibigi Haile
Manage episode 372029008 series 2807882
In this week’s episode of The Ambitious Introvert Podcast® I’m delighted to be joined by guest Bibigi Haile. Bibiigi is a Strategic Visibility Advisor to women in leadership, and she helps her clients to identify their superpower, mirror it back to them and support them while they step into their zone of genius. As well as being highly introverted AND ambitious Bibigi, also has ADHD and social anxiety. After recently discovering her human design type (she’s a reflector), Bibigi has a deeper understanding of her interactions with people and her own need for space.
In our very honest conversation we explore the importance of setting boundaries as an introvert and being comfortable with saying no to social events or activities that drain our energy. Understanding your own value and showing up authentically in the world is super important to Bibigi (and in turn for her clients), and I hope you find this episode permission-giving if you’re wondering how you can truly connect with your own superpower.
Tune in to find out:
- The concept of visibility and what it means to different people
- The intersection of introversion, visibility and personal growth in the context of business and self-expression
- Bibigi’s journey of running a business with ADHD and how she turned it into a strength
- The challenges faced by women in terms of societal expectations and the need to find balance in self-expression
- The impact of the pandemic on Bibigi’s visibility
- The importance of recognising and embracing your own zone of genius, even if it feels easy
- How Bibigi pivoted her business model when it wasn't working anymore
- Bibigi’s recent mindset shift and how she recognised her own superpower
