Stephanie Hronis joins us to talk about the upcoming Horse Racing Women's Summit from Sept. 28 - 30 at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, CA. She discusses what it is like planning the event, some highlights of the event and the importance of having career development opportunities, particularly for women in male-dominated industries. In addition to the monumental event, Stephanie also talks about another big win of hers: Flightline's Pacific Classic tour de force.
