Also, American Action Network, the issue advocacy organization tied to GOP leadership, launched $2 million in TV ads thanking 21 GOP members for their ‘yes’ vote AND The Save My Care TV ADs spending more than half a million dollars touting opposition to the HC bill from the American Medical Association, AARP and the American Cancer Society. More to come from the Dems especially if they get a few GOP House members scared…which undoubtedly will happen. The GOP Govs are defending 37 or 38 Govs up for reelection next year. However, the Dems are having trouble finding candidates to run against these GOP Govs. Scott Walker is one the Dems really want to beat for Gov of Wisc. The Dem party has been hollowed out at the state and local level over the last eight years. This ought to be a great cycle for the Dem party to take back state Governors' residences, however, you can’t beat someone with no one.
