This week's guest is Dave Gendell. Dave is a lifelong Annapolis sailor and U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain, who co-founded Spinsheet, a Chesapeake Bay Sailing Magazine and publishing company.

Dave is a local maritime historian who has extensively researched and written about the Annapolis waterfront scene during World War II. We talk about this era's fascinating history as well as the more recent Annapolis "Wednesday Night Races" scene.
