Decision-making is the most important characteristic of an entrepreneur. How are your decision-making skills? In this podcast we discuss the seven steps you need to take when making a decision: 1) Identify the decision you need to make 2) Gather as much relevant information as you can 3) Identify other alternatives 4) Weigh the alternatives accordingly 5) Choose one of the alternatives 6) Take ACTION and go all in 7) Review the decision and its consequences.
If you do follow these steps, soon you will be able to jump directly from knowing you need to make a decision to taking action immediately. Repetition is the mother of all learning so you will need to practice making decisions quickly in order to make BETTER decisions over time.
