Most people think of real estate as a sales career. But it’s about much more than sales. It’s about relationships. When real estate agents recognize that this is a relationship business, they can create a tremendously successful business that outpaces other agents.
A career in real estate can offer flexibility, but that flexibility comes with trade-offs. It’s a commission-based business, which means if you don’t sell, you don’t eat. But the benefits of commission mean that your earning powers are unlimited--as long as you’re willing to put in the work.
