Some of us can really relate to carrying years of pain through our life physically and emotionally. Today’s guest James Beck, author and owner of Beck Balance and Give Beck, believes that just minutes of light-touch and self-care can remove it. By balancing mind, body, spirit, he shows people how to rewire the mind and help them become their best selves. Having broken years of generational dysfunction himself, James gives back by teaching others to lead a service-mindset life inspiring efficiency, productivity, collaboration, and retention.

I can’t wait to jump in and learn from James how powerful it can be to give back and what we can do today to start the cycle.
