So, what do you do after you shatter records at lightening speed, sailing past all of your idols, heroes, and every other artist in music history? Satire. What does it mean to reach the rare, astronomical level of fame and success *NSYNC achieved? Celebrity explores that query, as well as many different sounds and musical styles that few, if any, other pop stars were playing with at the time. The group brought in new producers to help them walk down roads they hadn't before, resulting in an eclectic, aggressive brand of pop that once again separated our guys from the pack. How did JC feel about it all? Exhausted. He wrote in the liner notes of the album booklet that the past year was the most challenging of his life, unknowingly giving us all a clue of what was to come. Ladies and gentlemen, lets explore *NSYNC's final pop era. For now. PATREON Subscribers heard an extended version of this episode 10 days early and completely ad-free!
