As initiation season has started, it's crucial to address the pressing concerns surrounding the safety and legitimacy of initiation schools in South Africa. The traditional rite of passage holds immense cultural significance, yet each year, the season is marred by tragic reports of young boys losing their lives due to unsafe practices. According to the media reports, an investigation has been conducted into the death of two boys who died at an illegal initiation school in Tshwane and Ekurhuleni. How can we stop this?
