In this episode our host Susie Prout interviews Aliza Carr. Aliza runs the instagram @bumpnbub which is a highly popular and fantastic resource that helps women with education and support in pregnancy, birth and postnatally.

Aliza is an Australian Registered Midwife and perinatal mental health specialist, currently living in Hong Kong.

This episode is an honest conversation between Aliza and Susie, 2 midwives chatting openly about the struggles surrounding learning to breastfeed, and the most common challenges that present, which includes the perception of low milk supply.

They also discuss postnatal mental health. Baby blues or something deeper, how to seek help, the common signs and symptoms of postnatal depression and anxiety, and Susie discusses her diagnoses with postnatal anxiety after the birth of her second child.
