In this episode I interview Dr Erin Bowe. Erin is a clinical and perinatal psychologist that specialises in birth trauma, and more specifically birth worker trauma. I am thrilled to interview Erin as not only does she have incredible knowledge and expertise on birth and breastfeeding trauma, she is also a mum of two little girls. Erin experienced her own trauma with not one but two traumatic births, and then went on to have two very different breastfeeding experiences. Erin kindly also gives the listeners some advice and pearls of wisdom about overcoming birth and breastfeeding trauma. You can find Erin on Instagram @doctorerinbowe and her website www.doctorerin.com.au Erin also runs the podcast Birth Trauma Training for Birth Workers.
