Hey there! Welcome back to The Author Entrepreneur Podcast. Today we’re talking about writing ruts, otherwise known as Resistance (side note: The War of Art is a MUST READ if you’ve felt Resistance before).
Writing ruts can be caused by a variety of reasons, but mostly it’s imposter syndrome. Imagine my surprise when I started feeling it A LOT while writing my manuscript for Author Entrepreneur. Today I’m sharing some tips of what helped me (and what helps my book clients) when it comes to getting out of a writing rut.
***WHAT WE’RE COVERING TODAY***

1. Five different tactics to get out of a writing rut so that you can get back on track with writing your manuscript
2. Why MICRO is the way to go when it comes to setting writing goals for yourself
3. How to use a “carrot dangle” fun items list to incentivize yourself to sit down and write
