A few weeks back now, I had the most enlightening chat with Claire Rainwater.
She's married to a friend of mine who you might also know well as a sales expert in our industry: Rob Rainwater.
I asked Claire if she would come on the podcast to chat about mental health and wellbeing - specifically for the automotive industry.
We are a very male focused industry and it can be tough for us men to admit we're struggling or to engage in any sort of 'mindfulness' practice.
