Carolla discusses how this documentary came to be, mostly because of all the leftover stories from another of Carolla’s docs, The 24 Hour War. As you can imagine The 24 Hour War covered Shelby’s involvement in the Ford endurance racing program of the 1960s. Carolla felt that the story of Shelby had to be told, and you can find it all in this documentary.
