The second chakra, svadisthan, is the center of our emotions. It can give us serenity or it can go awry and give us anger, jealousy, vanity, pride, egotism, cruelty, vindictiveness, and judgment. In this episode, Swami Shankarananda shares the philosophy and techniques behind keeping svadisthan serene and centered in love, instead of fear.
