Did you know that more than 80% of moms-to-be and new moms experience mood swings and stress daily and 22% of Indian Women experience Depression in the period after birth called Postpartum depression? That is 2 in 10 women. Can you imagine. I know that the numbers are scary but I want you to understand and remember that it is very common to experience these Mood swings but not normal.
