Andy is my best mate and as best mates, we know almost everything about each other. We’ve traveled together, played sports, talked a lot of shit to each other, and have made some lifelong memories (some of which you will hear). But, with all the good times, I found out my brother has battled this term we know as Mental Health. I got my brother on is to speak about his struggles with Mental Health and the constant battles he has faced. As a mate, I have made it a priority to reach out to some of my closest mates on a regular basis and it is because of the relationship Andy and I have. Reach out to your mates and have a serious chat about life every now and then. You just never know who needs it!
