Matt: I recently encountered this deep dive on Emery's catalog and career from the Nostalgic Emo Dad's podcast. It was such a trip to hear real fans speaking very honestly about our life's work both positive and negative. After I heard it I hit them up and told them I wanted to do an episode reacting to theirs with them. I loved hearing it and thought the fans of this pod would like to see where they agree and disagree with these takes. This is the original episode of theirs, and to follow will be the episode with me and them together.
