Brenton Cosden joins The Baguette Boys to discuss the importance of the age-old adage "You Are What You Eat", but the conversation veers off into another fun topic... sleep! You could say this episode is about the "input" you give your body - both food and sleep.

With the turn of a new month, The Baguette Boys set new goals; all of us are shaking it up pretty big this month by dropping or adding some huge goals.

  • Fad diets aren't sustainable, favor exploration, health, and happiness
  • Drinking alcohol affects your recovery, willpower, and performance for many days afterwards (even just one drink!)

Weekly Challenge: Eat food you didn't like in the past OR try new food you've never eaten before.
