Bafta-winning actor and presenter Simon O'Brien is the region's Cycling and Walking Commissioner who is no stranger to the podcast. We spoke to him 2 1/2 years ago when he first started in the role with the aim of improving the cycling and walking infrastructure of Liverpool.
