This episode was recorded in late October of 2023. We talked about how living in the world means living with each other, and that every individual needs to find a way to summon their own unique capacity for work ethic, in a way that supports sustainable co-habitation. One of the ways we explore the possibilities for healing and resolution is through the research of The Institute of HeartMath. You can also check out Gregg Braden's work HERE.

Hopefully, we can find a sense of hope and appreciation for who we are, and what we have to work with, on an individual level through the new research on the energetic relationship between the heart and the brain. And recognize what the healthcare system is doing to our perspectives of our health.
