After a severe health problem that nearly cost him his life, Ben retooled his company to make sure it could run without him and still take care of his family and his employees.
Ben shared many words of wisdom with other operators. We discussed everything from training & building culture as the core of a business to marketing and making your company a star in your local community. Ever so humble and modest, Ben is a superstar that we all can learn from.
I know I’m not supposed to have favorites, but I could have talked with Ben for days because he’s such a great human, has such a comfortable style, and is willing to share what made him successful.
