Andre Norman has had a series of life experiences resulting in a unique prospective on reducing violence. Sentenced for numerous crimes by the time he was 18, rising to become a prison gang boss, and then turning his life around and working tirelessly to lead others to do the same, he has become a sought-after voice in the violence reduction discourse.
