John sees an angel coming with the key to the bottomless pit & a massive chain. The Angel binds Satan & thrown to the bottomless pit so he cannot deceive the nations for a thousand years. Satan is TOTALLY helpless. All sources of power come from God. How does Satan deceive the nations? And we all have fallen into this trap.

Then John sees people seated on the thrones & a group of resurrected martyrs who didn't worship the mark of the beast. The first resurrection, saints who trusted Christ resurrected & martyrs from the great tribulation are resurrected to be part of this ruling authority in the millennial kingdom. Satan is sent to the lake of fire to be tormented forever & ever with the Anti-Christ & false prophets.
