Welcome to the thirty second episode of The Beauty School Dropouts Podcast!
This week the team take the 16Personalities Test to work out why it is we work so well together, and find ways to improve our relationships with each other based on our own individual communication styles. There were some surprises, and some very predictable outcomes, but all in all we learned a lot about ourselves and each other and we definitely recommend giving it a try with your friends, family, or colleagues.
