Binance, the largest crypto exchange in the world, has agreed to a USD $3.4 billion fine and penalty, and the Founder and former CEO Changpeng Zhao has plead guilty to criminal charges. He has been ordered to stay in the US after his guilty plea. How will this change the crypto industry? Will this just add to the pile, following FTX's Sam Bankman-Fried's seven convictions?

Also on this episode, the Liberal Federal Government has started to consider ways to have the largest pension plans in the country, including the Canada Pension Plan, invest more of their funds in Canada. There is pushback from pension fund managers, who say their mandate is to generate higher returns, even if it means going around the world to do it.
