The list of the Western Australian breweries that I either drove past, didn't know where there were, or found out about after I got back home is long and comprehensive, and I'm now adding another to the list!

Seasonal Brewing Co in Maylands was literally 15 minutes drive from Scarborough where I was staying, and shame on me for not hijacking another day trip to visit a brewery. It’s a bit like Brewery Pokemon over that way, you’ve gotta visit them all.

My guest, Brody Watts is a little bit of a man about town in the brewing industry, having worked at quite a few of the local breweries. You say the name Brody Watts around old P-Town, and beer lovers get a twinkle in their eye.

His initial dreams of making different beers every week were shelved once the team realised that locals were the most engaged drinkers, not the craft beer nerds, and that's just the start of it...
