We are joined this week by homebrewer Harry Peck from Xbeerimental Brewing Company. Harry is a mad scientist when it comes to beer and we take a deep dive into the mind that is bringing us very interesting beers. Xbeerimental is a very creative and outside the box brewing set up mixing different cultures and foods with beer. Harry was kind enough to send us some of his beer and we go into those beers on this episode. We also pick his brain on what is behind all of his funky creations.
