Welcome to the Best is Yet to Come with Pastor Brad Morgan. This week Pastor Brad continues teaching about the word of knowledge. 1 Corinthians 12:1-11 reveals the Spiritual Gifts available to believers (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+Corinthians+12%3A1-11&version=NKJV). The motivating factors of the Gifts of the Spirit are faith, hope and love. The enemy tries to force you to do things, but God leads you through the gifts of the Spirit. He leads you as He wills. The key to moving in the Spirit is moving from the logical to faith (Luke 5:4-11). The gift of knowledge is not natural knowledge, not knowledge of the Bible, not all knowledge, and not knowledge one gains by walking with God. The gift can come through a vision. Acts 9:10-13 speaks a word of knowledge concerning the great apostle Paul. The word of Knowledge can also come through inward revelation (John 4:15-19 the story of the women at the well). The women became an evangelist for Christ and she was used to change the region she lived in. Pastor Brad continues teaching how the word of knowledge helps believers and encourage the discouraged (1 Kings 19:1-4;14-18). It is a wonderful thing when God gives you a word of knowledge. These gifts are for all the people of God. www.NewLifeBeginningsChurch.com
